What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The information that our website collect includes the following:
IP address, Cookies.
These data are collected automatically as soon as you enter our website. The data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of the website, to help authenticate you when you are on the website and to remember your preferences and registration information, to protect the safety and prevent potentially illegal activities.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Your username and E-mail Address
These data are collected when you provide it to us. This could, for example, be data you enter when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a support form, leave a comment or submit an idea. The data is collected for several reasons:
- to improve and optimize our games and your experiences in our games
- to create your website account
- to allow you to post comments and submit ideas
- to send periodic emails, including in-game updates, new games and applications releases

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, in addition to your email address we will require a confirmation that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. This information must be provided only for us to be able to send you the newsletter and to document our right to do so. The information will not be disclosed to any third party. You can withdraw your consent at any time, either by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Children’s Personal Data
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with their personal information without having parental consent, please send an email to email@example.com immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
How long we retain your data
Your personal data will be stored by Flashback Games.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
In general, if you wish to correct or delete the information that we have collected about you, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.
